This policy covers the iPhone app Jing: Sutras & Stillness (“Jing”) and this website, both operated by Thusness LLC (“we”).
Jing does not collect, store or share any personal data. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and it does not need an internet connection to work.
简要说明：Jing 不收集、不保存、也不分享任何个人数据。没有账号、广告、统计分析或追踪，离线即可使用。
To let you continue where you left off, Jing saves your reading place (which sutra and which section) on your device. This information never leaves your iPhone and is not sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the app deletes it.
为了续读，App 会在你的手机上记录读到哪部经、哪一段。这些信息只留在你的手机里，不会发给我们或任何人；删除 App 即一并删除。
If you write to hello@jingsutras.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply to you, and you can ask us to delete the correspondence at any time.
Apple may collect information when you download or use apps from the App Store, as described in Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not receive personal data from Apple about you.
This site uses no cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. Like any website, the hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and operation.
Jing does not collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. If a future version of Jing collects any data, we will update this policy before that version is released.
